Booking & Cancellation Policy

24-hour cancellation notice

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another patient who may be waiting for care.

Late cancellations & no-shows

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or appointments where you do not attend without prior notice, may incur a cancellation fee.

We understand that life happens — if you have an emergency or unexpected circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Late arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time. However, to avoid disruption to other patients, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Please call ahead if you are running late.

Payment & private health claiming

Payment is required at the time of your appointment. We accept EFTPOS, credit card, and cash.

We use HalTH software for on-the-spot private health insurance claiming. Please bring both your payment card and your private health insurance card to every appointment.

Medicare CDM plans

Chiropractic and physiotherapy appointments may be claimable under a Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan with a valid GP referral. Please bring your referral and Medicare card to your appointment. Speak to your GP to find out if you are eligible.

Repeated missed appointments

Patients who repeatedly miss appointments without notice may be asked to prepay for future bookings or may have their ability to book online restricted. We appreciate your understanding — these measures help us provide timely care to all patients.
