Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed to book with our chiropractors, myotherapists, or exercise rehabilitation specialists. For chiropractic or physiotherapy under a Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan, a GP referral is required. For all other bookings, you can come directly to us.

How long is a first appointment?

Initial consultations are typically 45–60 minutes. This allows time for a thorough assessment, diagnosis, and your first treatment. Follow-up appointments are usually 30–45 minutes depending on the service.

Can I see multiple practitioners in the same visit?

Yes — we can arrange back-to-back appointments with different practitioners on the same day. This is particularly useful for patients receiving combined chiropractic and myotherapy care. Please let us know when booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. We understand that emergencies happen — please call us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Do you accept private health insurance?

Yes. We accept all major private health funds. We use HalTH software for on-the-spot claiming — please bring both your payment card and your private health insurance card to your appointment. The amount covered depends on your level of Extras cover — we recommend checking with your insurer before your visit.

Can I claim through Medicare?

Chiropractic and physiotherapy are claimable under Medicare's Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan with a valid GP referral. Myotherapy is not currently covered by Medicare. Exercise rehabilitation may be claimable under certain chronic disease management plans — speak to your GP.
